Do you ship outside of Miami, FL?
Yes, we ship orders within the United States. For international shipping, please contact us directly to discuss the details and additional fees that may apply.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipping within two (2) business days after you place them. Once your order has been boxed and a tracking label has been created, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information. Domestic U.S. customers can typically expect to receive their purchases within 1-3 business days after the order has been dispatched. For international customers, delivery usually takes 7-10 business days after the order has been dispatched. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary.
Why was my order canceled?
